thank you for the advice I was thinking about wholesales but don't know how to really find them is there any advice you can give me or direct me in the right path

hello I am very new to this industry and I have heard all of the stories of how you can do real estate without using any of your own money or any credit now please direct me into that path so I can get started because I have no money no credit no capital nothing but ambitious and the passion to help people any way I can I have been doing that since 1999 with my medical background
