I have a property this is currently being renovated. I live over 300 miles away. I just installed outdoor cameras. Would it be good to install cameras inside too so that I can see the progress, or is that overkill? 🤔

@Andy Mirza awesome, I'll Google them now. She is way over the number of days. She hasn't paid anything this year.

Hello everyone, I kind of got myself into something and I don't know the process for it. I sold a property to a lady with owner financing. She made a down payment and paid late every month for the first year. After the first year she stopped paying the mortgage to me. Anyone know how I can start the foreclosure process?

Hello everyone, I'm looking to buy multi-family properties in NC. I'd also consider buying in another state if I could find a good property management company. I only have about 70k to put down. Where should I start?

No many to put into rent escrow and it seems to me that the eviction should move forward.

Hopefully you have documented each complaint of no heat and that someone was sent to check and there was no problem. If you haven't start NOW.  This person is obviously a game player and you need to be prepared for her games

She ended up paying after I had ordered the warrant of restitution and everything. She played a lot of games with the payment. Telling me she had sent it out. Then to prolong it until she could get her tax money she went to rent escrow and opened a case. These tenants are something else.

I agree with @Jay Hinrichs doesn’t seem like too big of a problem if it’s a good deal. He may have overlooked it. You wouldn’t want to risk looking for another lender so close to closing and potentially loose out on the property, your funds and time you have invested so far.  I would go along with it, but maybe not use them in the future.
