Good Afternoon everyone, I wanted to know what would be the best thing to do. So I see a property for 15k. I was wondering if it is possible to get a loan for that amount. (If so, can someone suggest the best option). Or should I use a private lender. Located in Montgomery, Al.

Mindy Jensen I plan to live in it for 2 years depending if my job has to move me again. But I am trying to see if it is worth purchasing if I know that is a fact in my books. If I stay in it 2 to 3 days a week does it matter.
