In the last three months I've started to see more bandit signs in the areas where I trying to grow my business. It's starting to be very competitive out here it's getting harder than I thought it. Once I find a property most of the buyers I had have already found them a deal. Any suggestions? Anyone in my AREA having familiar experiences?
