Hello Bruce, I really want to be able to buy an investment property to use as a rental. Maybe further down the line to be able to do a flip would be great.The home I own was flipped and gutted to the studs so I was able to see the entire rebuild. I hope to work with some investors to get more knowledge on the process.

I formerly was in the medical field as a Certified Pharmacy Technician for the last 11 years. I've been wanting to get into real estate but I kept talking myself out it.
