Hello, I currently own a 3 unit office building in the DFW area and no longer want to manage it.  Does anyone have any recommendations on a property manager for this?  Thank you.

Hello,

Can someone recommend a property management company for a small commercial building in DFW. It seems like most people represent SFH or large commercial properties. I own a 3 tenant 5000sq ft building and no longer want to self manage. What would a normal fee for this service be about? Thank you.

I am interested in buying a commercial property (office, retail) and was wondering at what point I receive information on income and expenses such as rent roll, leases, maintenance cost to calculate NOI and cap rates. I noticed in some listings the agents put the info but in lots of others it is not included. I have an agent and she has given me listing without this info and I find it very hard to make a decision without this info. She said after you show interest you will get more info but how can I know if I am interested without this info. Is this the normal process? Is she correct? Do you just need to sign LOI's to get it? Can someone explain how it works? Not sure if I need to get a new agent or what. Thank you. I am located in Texas in the DFW area.

@Bruce Lynn Thank you.  I was looking for properties no more than 850k for now as it would just be my second commercial property.  I just thought the listing agents would include it as I did not see how someone could buy a property w/o it but I guess that is just normal.  It just makes deciding on a property so much harder w/o that info.

@Ab John Have you had any luck finding someone? I need one also.

@Omar Khan I guess if I contacted multiple agents they would just bring me their own listings or would they look at other brokers websites/listings for me?  If they only brought me their listings, they would be representing me as a dual agent?  I have read mixed reviews about this and as this would be my first deal in multifamily I thought it would be helpful to have someone who is looking out for me more.  It seems like in commercial real estate there are more dual agents than in SF.

Hi, I'm beginning my search for multifamily properties that are about 12 to 16 units in size that are in the DFW metroplex or within a 3 hour radius from the DFW metroplex.  I am looking for B or C class properties and do not mind tertiary markets if needed.  I am having a hard time finding a broker that specializes in this smaller size.  It seems like they are either focused on super large properties or SF.  Can anyone direct me to a agent or company that focuses on this type of property?
