Hello fellow real estate investors. My name is Larry. I’m 18 and have been interested in pursuing a real estate career since 16. It wasn’t until this year I decided to become a full time real estate investor. And I found the one investing strategy that I could actually start doing now since I have little to no money heading into college this fall. And it was wholesaling. I’ve been doing lots of research on it and Im really ready and eager to finally get started with my first wholesale deal. But I just have a few questions and concerns about contracts, how to market effectively to sellers, how to know what repair cost will be for damged houses, and etc. Basically what’s the right things to do before I can move to the easy part which is finding a interested buyer. Im looking for someone in the area of Georgia who has a good amount of experience in wholesale deals and could help me with my first deal so I can start off my real estate career the right way. But if their no one able to help me in my state, I would still be more than happy to take some advice or for some people anywhere in the U.S. I’m just a newbie in real estate looking for little guidance, with having to pay hundreds dollars I don’t have on some wholesaling course lol.
