Has anyone ever worked with United funding corps. It looks to good to be true. I appears to be a place for owner financing or you just take over the loan. Example--- 11,995 down includes all ATT. fees 1,990 month includes taxes and insurance( ARM and HELOC) 298,000 with 23 years left on the loan. Can anyone shine some light on this situation?

No they never asked. if you stay in the old house for a year or more no other paperwork is needed.

How much of the VA did you use. Most VA loans are maxed a 450,000. If you only use 200,000 you can reply for the other 250,000 and rent out your property. That what i did. And the only way to get the VA loan the 200,000 back from the 1st home is to sell to another VET to use there VA.
