I stumbled onto Bigger Pockets doing my do diligence on some real estate guru's programs, and found the comments on this site to be the most true, revealing, and insightful. I'm hoping to find friends in the Northern California area that love real estate investing and can help me through the learning curve of wholesaling, rehabbing, and buy hold rental property investing.  I need to build relationships with a few good private money people, and I would like to give back by helping those in need in my area. Whatever the need may be I'm sure I can help some how.
