I have been trying to locate the owners of several homes and have yet to find a real service free or not to get the numbers I have the address and names. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Right on good suggestion it can be awkward asking people you deal with on a daily basis for money.

I'm sure this is a question asked a million times. Which is the best way to approach and acquire private money. There are all kinds of hard money lenders but I rather do the smaller private money lenders can any one help.
