Hi welcome to BP I'm in the area too. I think this area has great potential. It has been growing and expanding ever since the 1980's. Best of luck on finding deals  

I started as a contractor remodeling and building new custom homes in this area 30 yrs ago and have had duplex rental property in the background. I'm interested in developing a passive income stream over the next few years with single family homes. I'm looking at finding homes in this area. I am open to listening to ideas and trying to help other investors. Thanks
