Greetings Bigger Pockets Family! Wife and I have been lurking around the BP ecosystem for a few months. As we made our way through Brandon's book on rental property investing and we're just about ready to take the first step in our journey toward financial freedom. We're going to be relocating to the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area in the next couple of months and are looking at purchasing a property in Niceville. I was wondering if any of you have any agent recommendations (I read that referrals are the best ways to find agents)?
