@Clayton Hepler I am currently in town until Sunday morning.

@Ben Guttman That would be great to connect. My mother lives in Pittsburgh and my fiancé’s family is deeply routed in Pittsburgh (all the way down to great great grandparents).

How do you feel about college rentals? I am currently getting my finances together. I am looking to somehow get enough money to buy multi unit apartments near college campuses. I.e. the University of Pittsburgh. My fear is repairs out weighing return.

@Nick Eldridge Love this post. So many people say “don’t invest in Baltimore” but it’s a gold mine I feel. I haven’t purchased a property and I’m new to the business so I’m here for stories and research. When I do gain enough funds to finally purchase I am looking to get row homes in Baltimore city. $1 row homes are turning into $500k.

@Clayton Hepler Looks like a great event. I am looking to invest in Pittsburgh. I lived there 10 years and recently moved to Baltimore Maryland. Big mistake but I’m moving back to Pittsburgh and ready to plant roots and do business.

@Ben Wenger Do a meet and greet. Also, send out communication about current lease, ending date, rent increase and post the units for rent online.

@Katie Miller To get my first property.
