My current situation is that I always flip with other people’s money. I run the project. They pay for it. 

Not sure how to proceed with rentals in this situation. I won’t have money for a DP. Just learning my options at this point. 

If I had an answer to my money issue then I would quickly pull the trigger on a good deal.
