Thanks Allen, W

I will do it,  I really appreciate your advice. My father is the pro but he is in Russia and cannot fly to help me because of his health. I used to watch him doing all sorts of things..

Thanks so much!

I cannot wait for the fun part, I will clean my cabinets with Kilz, will put a layer of sanding sealer, some pro primer, probably two layers, we will see, and then two layers of the paint! I can age my cabinets after I hang cabinet doors...

The second big phase will be a backsplash and then I will repaint my laminate countertop with epoxy, more photos to continue...

Thanks for your reply,

I had my husband push the cabinet to the wall without moving the countertop, the cabinet is slightly higher but I fixed the problem, see the picture,

Thanks,

Hi,

I decided to get more cabinet space in my kitchen, so I am inserting a cabinet on the place of the trash compactor, I cut out the lenolium to level it and I need to pull up the countertop. How would you deal with it? I did not see any screws there? Would you use the hammer to pull it up?  I need one inch or inch and a half to get it on its place.  The counter top, the wall side of it is the obstacle. Please advice,

Thanks.

You can contact your local Keller Williams Realty, they are the best in training, they offer discounts, I have been with them since April, I like it so far!

Hi,

nice to meet you all, I am also a Realtor with Keller Williams and it is number one agency in the world that provides training throughout your career. I am still excited to be one of them!

For @Alicia R. I passed my exam in March, feel free to ask any questions or if you need any advice or help, I love helping people!

I am also available for investors as I plan on becoming one in the future. I am building my team of lawyers, real estate CPAs, lenders, investors, etc right now. If you can recommend any of them, it will be great!!!!

Be, do, have! Goodluck to all!!!

@Ted Phelps I am a recent Keller Williams agent. You have to deducate 3 hours minimum every day to do lead generation, as they told me today in the class it will take 5-7 months to get your first sale. Go with Keller Williams, my Ignite mission training just started, its a great learning program for a month that helps you to start your business. You can also get Profit Sharing, you need to list your sponsor, the one who recommended you to become a KW agent. My sponsor is someone from here. Go with KW!
