Congratulations on finding a gem in plain site!  I have recently walked through properties occupied by hoarders and I must say your before pictures look impeccable in comparison.  May I ask what the total turn time was on this project?

Heather,

Thank you for posting this topic, I have also viewed several of his Webinars and found him interesting after reviewing his background.  I would agree with the Brendan D. that a local network partner would be more advantageous, but they aren't the easiest to find.  I like that there is a 30-day money back guarantee however per other BP posts (other guru systems) it may not be an easy refund process.

Personally I am intrigued by the M5 system as time is my weakness. Yes, there are tons of posts and information on this site for free. However, I would personally prefer everything in a package that I can scan in a short amount of time, how about you? Don't get me wrong the info I have found on this site is invaluable, but the ease of locating it has been minimally tedious. There are just some things a person is willing to pay for, valuable time savers happen's to be one for me. I am a member of my local REIA but struggle getting to many of the events they host.

With that said, I am not 100% confident that this program is all it is marketed to be.  There are just too many bonuses tied into potential upsells.  I have reviewed several posts on here hoping that someone has actual experience with the product.  There are inquiries but no actual testimonies from BP members for this particular program.   This is concerning, yet I am not sure I would post a windfall system on such a large group and create more competition..just saying.

Please let us know your results should you decide to purchase the system.  I am studying another program or I would probably test this one out for the price.

Cheers to your future!

Hi, You posted on an inquiry about Kent Clothier stating you would update after using the system. I would like to know if the find motivated seller's system worked out for you. I am very eager to find something that will assist in automating my business. Thank you in advance for your response.  I would also like your e-mail address to communicate further.

Greetings,

I have viewed this site off and on for about a year now and I must say I am amazed at the wealth of information available for free.  I ran from this industry after the market crash.  It is tough to see the light of day when you have a family and non-performing assets.  I must admit I may have made a different decision if I had a circle of colleagues such as those on in this group during that time period.  There will always be challenges in this or any industry.  The key is information, there is always a strategy and/or resource to get you beyond most if not all hurdles.  Yes there is risk, but the rewards are often far greater!!  I am so excited to dive back into real estate and generate the revenue for myself again that I have been creating for others the last 10 years.
