Very exciting news that the MLS put out this morning here in Los Angeles in regards to the hottest local markets currently for Condos/Co-Ops as of Q1 2017. Very interesting percentage fluctuations and analysis of best areas to currently purchase a condo or co-op in LA!

To be honest with you my top 2 out of that list in my opinion that are the most affordable right now are Monterrey Hills and Boyle Heights ( these areas are still flying under the radar for the most part for most homebuyers/investors). I also want to say that Inglewood comes in at a close #3 simply because of all the buzz that has been generated in the media/ real estate community in regards to the new NFL stadium that is being built there which has now attracted some heavy investor/buyer interest in the area!

@Account Closed YES! All 3 are going through a wonderful transition period and very exciting to see new developments sprouting up all over the place there! 

Top 5 Neighborhoods in Los Angeles to purchase a real estate investment in NOW:

1. Inglewood 

2. Atwater Village 

3. Boyle Heights 

4. Monterrey Hills 

5. Ladera Heights

In terms of VALUE these 5 neighborhoods are slated to see ENORMOUS GROWTH in the coming 3-7 years.
