I like to hold Owner Finance wrap notes, and I truly enjoy helping people who need non-traditional financing.

I currently do mostly subject to wraps, but I have a long list of buyers waiting for opportunities to open up.

I would love to partner with a passive investor to provide the first lien note.

Would hedge funds or private lenders be the best place to look for a partner? Or other ideas?

I only do wraps in non-judicial foreclosure states.
