I talked to Whirlpool and searched everyhwere online but can't find anyone or any way to repair it. The washer in this unit broke 3 times this year. In October it leaked into bedroom, closets and downstairs neighbors bathroom. I had to move out for 10 days and becuase they installed very cheap carpet and the fumes even made my dog vomit.
I have a lung issue so couldn't sleep here for 14 days. They divided rent by 10 and told me to take that amount off the rent. I am taking a check for Nov rent to their bank today. When I asked what type of carpet, padding and glue was used (so I could determine how long it need to air out) told me to move out Dec 1 (end of my lease). Glad to leave but I cna't afford losing deposit. It there anything "legal" in writing that I could use for support?

Whirlpool Accubake 2004 glass top stove. Very disagreeable landlady. Washer broke 3rd time this year, flooded bedroom. I had to move out for 2 weeks but didn't fix washer. Told me to move out. Concerned she will take entire deposit of $1500. I can find new replacement stoves for less than $500. Need to know what to do???
