Yes, I'm a newbie!

Yes, my business is LLC.

Yes, i have a team.

No, i do not have a investment partner.

As we all know this world works on instance gratification!

Sellers want $$ sooner than later.

My plan..

• Buy

<$50k SF, with investor$

Pay investor 7%

• Rehab

<$10k, with my$ (cosmetic only)

• Rent ASAP

• Refinance

Pay investor purchase$ AND 5% of ARV

• Repeat

Interested?

Lets talk turkey.

@Eric Creel

Its slightly different if you looking for financing for an inveatment property, right?

I got more than 5% and a score 620.

But no experience.

I like the idea of local banks.

Monday task: get list of all local banks and see happens.

Lender #1: says wait til April 2020.

Lender #2: says we normally dont lend to someone with no experience.

Lender #3: no response

Lendet #4: no response.

But i will not give up.

I will find the right lender for me.

One day, I will think back to this day and say I remember when all i got was No.

Now, i don't even need a lenders help.

Yep, one day!

Carry On BP.
