@Josh Cook thanks for posting. Fort Collins and Cheyenne are both great places to invest. There is a ton of information on BP about LLC's and entity formation (checkout the education section). I have an LLC split with my family members. I am 60% husband is 30% and kids are both 5% each. Seems to work well so far. I am curious if changing the LLC to multimember will really change how we need to file taxes?

@Atul Kaushal, I would love to hear about your experience with Dynamics 365. I am especially interested in systems that owners are able to manage themselves and scale at the same time.  Would you mind sharing your accountant? Sounds like you have a great team member with them.
