I am looking for a seller financing property in the Baltimore, MD are. I would like to have a multi family property but a single family works as well.

 There is always surprises. Got to make sure you have a good support system to work through them.

 I used other people money. OPM for the rest of the deal. The total rehab was around 70K.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $80,000
Cash invested: $30,000
Sale price: $229,000

Single family residence that we did almost a full gut.
