Hello as the title suggests I’m a new investor coming back from the military( not deployed just finished training). I’m 19 and going back to college and looking for a decent smaller sized multi family to get into. I would like to purchase it in a college town( in Missouri) to possibly rent to students like myself. If you all were in my scenario what would you do first, I have been scanning Zillow but as I have read finding good deals on Zillow are uncommon. Where would you all be looking and what should my next few steps be.. I have around 15k in Capital as well.
