It's eggplant through and throughout and has a tape deck. Almost vintage, eh?. It has about 110,000 miles on it, we own it and it's our trademark. We live in a small town and it works great.

Thanks for the replies. This has been a big help and consistent with a few other forums that have responded equally well.

As much as my real estate keeps me busy enough for a full time position, I have outsourced bookkeeping, property management, etc which has helped me place priorities elsewhere, ie creating other businesses. 8)

I've read the four hour work week as well and I've invested in over 20 pieces of real estate locally, out of state and in Canada. I realize the workload that comes with doing due diligence, sourcing lenders, property managers and other team members during the acquisition process.

Please provide your insight. What types of services that a virtual assistant could provide would benefit real estate investors?

I understand the lengthy process of doing due diligence, exploring property management companies and working with lenders and brokers. I have been investing in real estate for eight years and have owned 20 properties (small apartment complexes-Commercial; SFD and MFD locally, out of state and in Canada).

I am interested in pursuing Virtual Assistance for Real Estate Investors as an additional business. I believe there is a need but would love to hear your opinions!

Here are a few potential services:
Market analysis, locating and researching lenders/brokers to meet financing needs, locating and researching property managers, exploring the market trends, past and present, pulling credit scores, researching inspectors, and assist in various tasks during the due diligence phase.

I appreciate your feedback!

(A Virtual Assistant is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and/or technical services utilizing advanced technological modes of communication and data delivery works from their own home office on a contractual basis). :D
