Hello BP Family,

I am currently searching for a Atlanta realtor who knows the Buck Head area well. I am looking to invest in a condo. It would also be a plus if the realtor knew Condominium’s that were Airbnb friendly.

Thank you for the advice Mr.Cosme!

Thanks for the advice Angel! Will Do!

Hello BP Fam,

So I will be a U.S Navy Veteran next year, and plan on leveraging my VA Loan(no money down). I plan on going to Orlando, Fl for school and using my VA loan to house hack a duplex. Nevertheless, while I've been in the navy I've been saving up to put down 20% on an investment property back home in Dallas, Tx. I want to invest back home just because I'm more familiar with area and market prices are more affordable for my 20% down payment. So is it realistic thinking to have a VA Loan and Conventional Loan at the same time? Im 23 years old and have big dreams, PLEASE HELP!

Hello BiggerPockets Family,

So I'm currently serving a 4 year term in the U.S Navy, and my term ends next year. Im going to school in Orlando, Fl, but I'm from Texas, and want my first investment property to be in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. I'm more familiar with the area and market prices seem to be more affordable for my 20% down payment. My question is, is it wise for my first investment property to be out-of-state?
