Hey @Jason,

I just came across your message. I'm currently in the process of assembling a team, and I've successfully built solid relationships with a realtor, HVAC technician, and a window and gutter specialist. How's everything been going on your end?

@Josh Milewski

Yes, I did. I'm connected with an investor/agent that knows the Jonesboro area really well. If you want, I can connect you with him. I'm also looking in Paragould. That is the town that I'm from, so I know it pretty well. Do you invest in the area?

@Justin Lee Taylor

I am interested in connecting with investors in the area. I live in Colorado but travel back frequently to see family.

Hello Madisyn,

I appreciate you commenting. I will possibly keep you in mind for the future. Currently, I am working with a realtor already in Jonesboro.

@Reed Rickenbach

Hello Reed, thank you for the advice. I have been looking into that. A couple of things on that, multi family is super expensive here in Colorado Springs. They are way more than what I have been approved for. Also, I am living in an rv on some land where I don’t have a lot payment. All I’m paying currently is a propane bill. The other thing I was considering, is purchasing in the northeast Arkansas area since mine and my wife’s family are there. It’s a cheaper market and we enjoy spending time there with family anyway. I was considering buying something there as a primary residence since I technically work from home. I would just travel every so often between the two. What are your thoughts on this?

Hello,

I am approved for a conventional loan with 3% down for up to $300,000. My goal is to replace my current income with cashflow from rental properties. In this situation, what would you do? How would you start?
