I`m trying to get all my ducks in a row before I start making offers "Subject To". My hang up is on the contract. I have read from manyy Bigger Pockets contributors about clauses that are must haves in the contract, but I have no basic contract put together to take to an attorney to make sure it is legally sound and within state laws. I have no interest in purchasing a guru's course just to get one. Can anyone make any suggestions for where I can learn to create one?
