@Patti Robertson I've got a client who is a lender who wants to be able to find flippers and market to them.  We're targeting a few different states. 

@Chris Magma good idea.  I was hoping to avoid having to contact so many counties, but makes sense.

@Bryce DeCora thanks!  I think this is where I'm going to start.  It's going to be a fair bit of reverse engineering!

I was thinking that might be the case.  I'm going to do some digging to see if there might be some APIs available...

Hey guys!  I'm glad to be on the forum!

I'm a web developer, trying to figure out the best source to find properties in say, Virginia that have been sold twice in the last 18-months, with the idea being to find flippers and contact them.

Any ideas on publically available data sources?
