Hello All,

I am wanting to invest in multi-unit property. At what point do the lending requirements change for financing multi-unit properties. Also, when evaluating and seeking potential investments what strategies are used in evaluating specifically (understand numbers must work) whether to flip or buy and hold. Is the process of flipping multi-units more difficult than single-family? Thanks, look forward to hearing from you!

Congrats on your success!!! Was wondering how the funding worked? On tax lien sales don't you have to pay cash or is that only for the amount of lien?
