Hi everyone! I am turning 18 soon and I want to immediately start getting into real estate. I obviously don’t have enough to buy and flip or rent a building so my brain immediately hoes to wholesaling. Is this the best way to start in real estate with no money? I know that it requires some but far less then the other options. If someone could tell me what there opinion is on the matter that would be great!

Hello everyone! I graduate high school next year and instead of going to college, I have decided to start investing into real estate as soon as I turn 18. I chose to do wholesaling because I do not have enough capital to do anything else. My question is what wholesale course would be best to learn from. I don’t care about the price as long as it is worth it!

Hello everyone! I have decided not to go to college and go straight into real estate. Since my capital is not that big I believe wholesaling would be my best bet to start out. What wholesale course would be the best for me to choose? Since a lot of you guys have gone through this process what is the best? It does not matter the cost as long as it is what you believe in/ recommend. Thanks-
