So I’m bumping this discussion and wondering how y’all made out through Covid.

You mentioned the appreciation wasn’t all that great, but hopefully that changes with it growing.

I’d like to get in on next market area before it heats up, but u know how that game plays out.

Anyways, I think Tulsa could be the next hot market years from now.

REI Nation "Memphis Invest" is investing there now. I'm thinking of going through them or trying a local realtor.

That’s crazy!

I was really looking into BAL years ago, but when I would google map the area I couldn’t see how dumping so much into a home could increase the value so much in those D/F neighborhoods.

Love the idea of BRRR + TK, but everything just seemed a bit "off".

I ended up building a duplex closer to home and it’s doing ok.

That’s a sad story man. Thanks for sharing though.

Hi. I’m currently looking ion the Galveston West End, but only because I live 30 minutes north and it would be a convenient get away.

I may start looking in to PA too though.

When I think of a South Padre STR I think of Spring Break, but they party just as hard in Galveston n PA too I guess.
