Just like you, I've been in construction for the last 15 years, building and managing projects for other peoples investments and I finally decided it was time to make something our own!

There's a lot of deals to be had, you just need to be willing and committed to put in the work. Don't be afraid to reach out at any time, the BP community is extremely helpful and full of resources so take full advantage of the depth of the community here!

whats up BP!
along with my wife, we are aspiring RE investors, I have been a union Carpenter for over 14 years and have done a ton of residential and commercial buildings and forever homes for many different investors/contractors/developers, we figure we learn a little more and get into our own and being on the other side.

were located in oahu, hawaii and hope to invest a little here into rentals and fix and flips and gain more knowledge and expand more opportunities into the states. we have yet to own a property and actually get started but we couldnt be anymore committed
