I was browsing over at the marketplace and I felt like I was in a foreign country walking down a local market with hundreds of people trying to sell me something.  Ad after Ad after AD!  I wanted to say "Back off!  I got mace!"  It's there for that reason but....who can you trust?  How do you breakdown the good, the bad and the "he must think I'm a fool!"  Thanks BP!

I go the SOMDREIG hosted by @steve cavanaugh.  Who is a beast!  Not pushing any products but all educational.  I wish he did it twice a month though instead of once.  I guess it's good because the content is well planed and presented professionally verses someone talking about buy this and buy that.  You can get by without buying all these products they sell. (Stole that from a BP podcast...LOL).  Hit me up if you want to talk further.  Always willing to txt or email.  That goes for both of you guys. 2025278134

I'll donate too then.

@Kevin Lackland Ok Big Kevin...How is the market out there in B'more?  There are a ton of homes but the neighborhoods are suspect!  I want to move on something out that way but need some direction.  All of the horror stories that I've heard is not pretty and dealing with the regulations and violations can be a nightmare.  Shed some light on that for me, when possible.  @Tyrus Shivers You may know about it too Ty.  You are kinda out that way right?

@Tyrus Shivers Thanks Big T for that information! Don't laugh but beside your name it says donor...of blood???  What does that mean?  LOL!!  I'm just curious.

Us MD folks need to stick together. What REIA meeting are you attending?

Verna Mason I would love to invest in B'more but the horrible stories that hear. How do you know what areas to stay away from? Have gotten a solid answer from anyone just yet. So it might be a mystery.

Hey Nick!! It's been about a year when you first made this post. How has your journey been? I to work in the downtown DC area. We may have crossed paths at one point. What REIA meeting do you attend? Perhaps we can talk. Shoot me a line.

Hey Martin!! It's been almost a year when you posted this on BP. How has your journey been? Any good deals or stories that you could expound?
