I'm interested in flipping manufactured/mobile homes and would like to hear from anyone with experience in this type of investing. What is your level of experience in this area? What has worked for you? What would you tell an investor new to this type of investing? What are the pros? What are the cons?

You may want to check out IRR as well. They are another REIA in the Denver metro area. They meet the first Tuesday of every month and I've found them to be very helpful, they have a lot of good content at the meetings and you can meet people who are actively involved in real estate.
