If I were you I would do the four separate contract to keep it simple.

 Drive for dollars, talk to people, and market as much as you can, and never give up.

I know how you feel I also have a full-time job and has been trying to get a deal since May and I have not gotten a deal yetBut I haven’t given up so I want to say to you is don’t give up and keep going go harder with your marketing.

I have a lead on a Newer house and there is a mortgage on it I am trying to figure out the best approach to wholesale it Suggestions please.

So what I will do is  continue to D4d and send mail  and two more things that I Hatten been doing that I’m going to add in is build a website And start cold calling I think if I add this combination together I should be able to see better results.

I’m thinking about investing in the Carrot Platform to Generate more Leeds before I make the move I just wanted to know opinions from anyone else who has used or is currently using this platform please leave feedback.
