Please add me too!  And acknowledgement to @John Thedford ... when I'm by myself, I don't perceive any type of barriers, but as soon as my husband is with me, all conversation gets directed to him.  He has to tell them that he's not my partner or even involved and that they need to speak with me.

Lisa, I would love that! Thank you. I saw that you tried to add me as a colleague but when I tried to accept it says it is expired, can you add me again?

Hello!  I am a newcomer to real estate investing and am interested in learning everything I can.

My primary focus is wholesaling for now, I LOVE to research and find deals!  I recently retired after 23 years in the USAF, and my husband is still in.

My real estate goals are to spend 2016 learning and wholesaling (I'm working towards 20 wholesales for this year).  Next year, I plan to continue wholesaling, but also acquire 5 rental properties.  Are those achievable goals for a newcomer?

I would love any advice/guidance out there, and if there's anything I can help with, please let me know.
