Hey guys, I have been getting together Contracts to be ready for sellers. My thing is I have downloaded these given Contracts for FREE but I’m just wondering How do I know the Contracts cover my back with everything? I don’t want to make the mistake of not mentioning something in my Contract. Im new to wholesaling and I just want to be Safe starting out. Can you let me know some guaranteed things that should be stated in the Contracts. Thanks ahead of time!
