I have a question regarding a new rental in South Jersey (Burlington).
-Lease: ? I was considering ezlandlordforms NJ specific lease package. However, the lease doesn't explicitly state spell out terms of rental /eviction terms like the lease my old PM provided. (eg: If payment is not received by the 10th we the tenant will be processed for eviction").
Can someone recommend a lawyer who can provide a lease free of charge, but one thats a bit more thorough than the ezlandlord forums? I'll also need this lawyer to represent during an eviction.
Would it be against the law to copy those few lines and add it to ezlandlordforms lease?
People have recommended using a lease from NJREA but i'm not a broker nor do I have a PM.
-In this area is it common for the land lord to pay for 'sewer' or is it the tenant? Im unable to find this info.
-What's a reasonable credit requirement for this [lower income side] area?
