Hello, does anyone know how to go about buying abandoned properties? Where I live as I drive down the road I pass a lot of abandoned homes and I was wondering if there was a way to buy them so I can fix them up and either rent them out or flip them.

Hello everybody - quick question - Which is better to buy to start off: a foreclosure, a rental, or just find a home you like and buy it outright?

Hello, my name is LaKeshia Murray. I am a young wife and mother and I am interested in learning more about real estate investing. I am looking of streams of passive income to help my family move ahead in life and would love to learn more about this type of business. At the moment I have no experience, but I want to learn more about real estate investing and have four to five ventures under my belt within next five years.
