Hi Kirk, as a former resident of Nashville, I can say there are many areas of opportunity for an investor. There are many duplexes in East Nashville, however if you are planning to live in one, you may feel more comfortable in another part of town. Although there are some areas of East Nashville that are better than others. However, keep East Nashville in mind for investment properties. Hermitage has many duplexes as well, and is a rather nice area to live in. Good luck on your search.

Hi, I'm LaKesha and I will be leaving Nashville, TN and relocating to Baton Rouge, LA. I don't have any real estate experience but have a strong desire to gain some experience.
