Hi my name is LaKeith, I just started a wholesaling business and I'm looking at building my network along with building my buyers list. I have been driving for dollars and have a good list of potential sellers. 

Also I've been looking for an investor friendly attorney and title company that are comfortable with doing double closings and assignments in the Lubbock, TX area. 

If you have any suggestions please let me know. 

@Lucas Machado I plan on finding the deals on the real estate websites like zillow , MLS, loopnet , or trulia and also have a down payment to go with the FHA 203k loan to finance the deal
