Hello!

I am currently in Houston, Tx. I have a friend who turned me on to wholesaling. From what I have learned so far it does sound like a difficult road but well worth the income supplement the business provides. I wish I had a more noble reason but I think the money is where its at! Any suggestions anyone has for good books or do it yourself guides are much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello all! I am not sure if this has already been covered, if so I have not been able to find it. My question is should I start an llc before I start finding deals and signing contracts? My friends and family have all told me I should to protect myself but I have not heard that from anyone that actually does wholesaling. Also, are there any documents that I need to prepare other than the 2 contracts between myself, the seller and investor? I am afraid that I have now done too much reading and have confused myself on the basics of starting out. Thanks in advance for the much needed assistance!

Hi everyone! I have been studying this forum for several weeks now and I am amazed at how much info is here. I am new to the world of wholesaling (meaning all I have done is read a little) and I think it is time to get my feet wet. Can't wait to talk!
