@Jon Huber Thanks for the advice, but the question I have yet to get a clear answer on is could I go out and look for deals for investors and if the lead leads to a closing sell, can I charge a finders fee even though I'm not a licensed RE agent/broker? Is this a good way to maybe get my foot in the door with some investors.

Really looking to start a real estate career and I'm looking for advice on "Leads". Like is it legal to charge a finders fee even though I dont have a RE License(earning while learning)?, Is it wise for a beginner who is just starting out to even have a finders fee? what is the best way to come across a lead? How would you know a good lead when seen? Best way to inform RE investors about leads if you dont know anybody in the business? Really looking for good informative advice because I am one confused young lady trying to figure it out on my own. I know the basics about saving but what can I do now to get a jump star?
