@Sunny Burns Thank you for sharing. Very motivating! House hacking has been my plan for a while now and will definitely take that route with my first property purchase. I too try to be frugal. Like Dave Ramsey says "Don't just buy expensive things to impress people you don't really like". My ultimate goal is piece of mind and you are well on your way there! Congrats!
