@Eric Veronica i have been at the residence for 8 years and i just purchases it last year on an owner finance. Wouldnt it be considered a personal residence? Therefore what would be options on that? Would that allow access to more of the equity?

Am i mistaken to assume if i refi my 1st Brrrr and im only able to refi 70-75% i can also have access to some of the equity left in the house by doin a heloc? Id like to get as much out obviously to make other purchases. Just wasnt sure if there would be a certain percentage id have to leave on the table because of LTV.

Thanks in advance

Hi All, my fiancé and i are looking for advice on how to take the money out of her 401k for capital without getting hammered on taxes and penalties? Or only having access to 50% of balance. IRA?

No longer with the employer that hosted the 401k. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks
