Hey guys. Does anyone know how I could obtain a tax delinquent list in Bartow County, Georgia.

Hey everyone. Are there any REI Mentors willing to mentor me as I start a new chapter in my life. I just want to live my dream life. For my wife and daughter. I never have any time to spend with them. Working so hard just to live pay check to pay check. Since I'm the only one working. Every month something is off. Either my water. Or internet. Or our phones. Sometimes lights. Just to make ends meet. Even almost evicted. I'm literally tired of that. I really really want to make my daughter's life more enjoyable. Always having to come up with different stories when she asks why we don't have water. Or why she can't watch tv. Or why she can't get a candy bar out of the store. She's only 6 so it's easy to get around that. But one day she will notice. I'm ready to come out of this poverty life. It's too stressful. I would really love a chance to live better and help other people do the same as well.

I’m trying to get a feel for things. Scenario. A house has a arv of 196k. Needs neatly no repairs. Stainless steele appliances. Hardwood floors. Roof is brand new. Pool house. 2 very big sheds. 3 bd 1 1/2 bath. What would be a good offer to seller and price to cash buyer ?

Hello. I’m Ladarius. I have started to begin my real estate investor career. I have went out “driving for dollars”. I came across a home that I think would be a perfect situation  for my first deal. But the thing is I don’t know if it’s really perfect. I’m trying my best not to do anything wrong. I’ve done my research on how to find out who owns the house. I understand I have to get the house under contract but how do I go about figuring out how much to offer the seller.
