in my country real estate is not something that is so common,so was asking about the about the degree with the view that it would perhaps get me in track for real estate business.

Hi everyone!

have strong desire to venture in real estate and have read books about real estate and the book I'm currently reading directed me to get more insights from here!

I'm from Africa Zambia,does it really take one to have a real estate license to get started in the business?

And should I get a degree or any academic qualification to have more experience and knowledge about real estate?
