My question is: should I get one checking account for the deposits of all the tenants in the building or do I get separate checking accounts for each tenants security deposit? I'm asking because if I get a 25 unit apartment complex, 25 accounts seems like a lot.

I want to find a good title company in the whole San Diego area. Any investors that have any recommendations for title companies that have knowledge in wholesaling, Joint venture(co-wholesaling), double closings (simultaneous), hard money (transactional funding), and all other types of transactions, I am all ears. What was your experience working with these companies? what will I come to expect when working with them?

I appreciate all responses ahead of time.

yes, I plan on investing all over Southern California, and maybe a little bit in Central California in the future.

Hello guys,  I'm Laci and I'm a novice real estate investor in El Cajon California, looking to network with other investors and wholesalers in the state of California. I'm also really excited to learn more about the world of investing and see where I can go in this business.

hey guys I'm laci and I  need help in gathering what paperwork (ie: contracts, forms) I'm going to need to close  co wholesaling deals. Is there any adendums that will protect my interest in the deal so the wholesaler and my buyer don't go behind my back and close the deal leaving me out of it?

Thanks guys.
