Joined a company who does financial services as a part time thing. I'm trying to change my day job from call center supervisor to real estate figuring I'd be in a better position to offer people who actually need these services.

Wow so I decided to get my real estate license in New York. I'm taking the 75 hour course now and I'm schedule for the exam for the end of January. This is super exciting for me and at the same time a little scary lol. What's waiting for me?

I am from New York. I haven't done any deals yet. However, by driving around the area, and using apps like zillow, I have noticed that many MFH investors are targeting the south east part of the Bronx, such as Throggs Neck. I don't know much about the Westchester county area, except that if I was to live there, I would prefer to live in the New Rochelle area. It's not to expensive, or to far away from the city and it has better school ratings than areas like Mt. Vernon or Yonkers.
