Adding a small bathroom and wet bar to a duplex basement in Cap Hill neighborhood. The duplex is 1906 and in very good condition.. The project will require an ejector pump or Grinder pump. It will be an Airbnb or guest space when finished. Anyone have a good GC to recommend? Thanks a bunch!

Hey everybody – looking at a property in Denver’s park hill north. The light is 62 50 ft.² and zoning is e – SU – DX. Does Anyone know if it is possible to have an accessory dwelling unit in this type of zoning? Thanks so much!

Hi All,

Just made an apartment building fix and flip presentation to an investor, though he liked the project, he did say that my pro forma presentation could be visually simpler and more visually appealing.

I was wondering if someone is aware of any type of Pro Forma software or subscription that has the flexibility to output data in simple, big picture, easy to read fashion?

My name is Larry Elwood, I'm typing this from the snow covered Mile High City of Denver, CO. Real Estate has always been interesting to me.
